Shared Culinary Space

 

Mighty Oak Market aims to be a incubator for aspiring culinary entrepreneurs by providing an opportunity to create and produce food goods in a shared, DHEC-approved kitchen space. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, this space can be rented by the hour up to 24 hours a day. 

We offer food storage such as refrigerator, frozen or dry shelf (limited space availability) for you to sell products you either created in your own space (food trucks, etc.) or in our shared culinary workspace.

Food and products created in the shared culinary space do not have to be sold in the store. 

The Shared Culinary Workspace includes:

• Whisperflo Cook and Hold Oven
• Multiple cooking eyes
• 2 InstaPots
• Air Fryer
• Vitamix Blender
  
• Cuisinart and KitchenAid Stand Mixers
• Miscellaneous small appliances
• 3 Bay Sink
• Large Stainless Steel Worktables
• Chef's Cooler for for use during rental times
• Additional refrigerated and freezer storage space is also available for rent, as well as space for dry goods and items for sale in our online market.
• Food truck commissary service for preparing or selling items
